LimeFM is a new radio station soon to be broadcasting across the Matlock, Bakewell and Wirksworth area. LimeFM is for you, about you and your daily life, and is by local people.
We’re busy ticking all of the boxes and hooking up the wires, and soon we’ll be on your radios and car radios too!
LimeFM's primary aim will be to entertain; with an excellent range of music and presenters providing a unique focus on local news, events and discussion.
The LimeFM team are local to the area, with a host of talents including: programming, producing, presenting, broadcast engineering to name but a few. All members of the LimeFM team are committed to providing high quality output and uncompromising attention to detail.
Prominent local organisations and businesses have already shown great enthusiasm towards LimeFM and pledged support. LimeFM intends to work very closely with community groups and businesses to provide access to a platform of media formerly unavailable to the area.
